Most segments we are working in are growing at a rapid rate and we are tapping only a small potential of the opportunities available in the market place. We are therefore looking at adding senior management who will help propel Tulleeho to the next level of growth.

He/she will play the following role:

* New business development: North region / All India – Build fresh relationships, maintain existing ones, pursue follow on opportunities
* Oversee execution of select projects handled for beverage and other clients
* Manage a new business venture for Tulleeho
* Run all Tulleeho brand building and PR activities as well as assume responsibility for all programs marketed by Tulleeho
* Oversee 2 business segments
* Oversee all Tulleeho consumer experiences
* Drive our business consulting service line

Profile : We are looking for someone with between 7-10 years of experience, in the F&B services or marketing services space.

The position will be based in Delhi.

Manager, Creative

Our principal line of business is the work we do for beverage clients, where we work on some of the world’s best known and largest beverage brands. The bulk of the work we do on behalf of these brands is to assist them in connecting with their target audience (either the end consumer or the “customer” – bartender or bar owner) on the ground and in a manner which meets the required marketing objectives.

We are therefore always challenged by our clients to emerge with new concepts for their brands, which can lead to greater brand recall and penetration with their target audience.

Some of our lines of business, such as the beverage appreciation workshops, are directly marketed by us to consumers and corporates. Our website, www.tulleeho.com is also a leading source of information for beverage lovers the world over.

We are therefore looking for a manager, who will oversee all creative development for us.

He/she will play the following role:

* Interact with clients to understand what their requirements are and translate these into consumer facing programs
* Keep track of promotions being done in other geographies (Via secondary research), to explore adapation in Indian context
* Be responsible for creating ad campaigns for marketing Tulleeho programs
* Be responsible for all “copy” for Tulleeho external communication, such as marketing e-mailers, website banners, etc.
* Oversee design work (Tulleeho’s inhouse designer designs a range of collateral, for our own programs, our website and for clients

Profile : We are looking for someone with between 3-7 years of experience, in the advertising space.

The position will be based in Delhi.

 

 

Training Manager

Tulleeho is looking for an expatriate resource, who will work as our Manager, Training. He/she will play the following role:

* Aggregate all training related intellectual capital, a considerable amount of which is resident in Tulleeho
o Presentations, videos, etc.
* Ensure standardization and quality of training proposals
* Ensure quality of delivery of training in all our projects
* Develop training execution methodologies
* Act as a training delivery resource in ideally 2 or more areas amongst the following
o Whisky
o Mixology
o Wine
o Working Flair

The training audience would be

* Consumers
* Professional bartenders
o Either in outlets or as audience in a professional bartending course
* Retail staff

Profile

We are looking for someone with between 3-7 years of experience, both practical experience in beverage service as well as experience as a trainer. Person should be extremely knowledgeable about his/her subject areas, up to date with current trends in the field and passionate about beverages.

The position will be based either in Bangalore, Delhi or Mumbai. However the individual will travel across India for a variety of training assignments. The individual will sign an exclusive 12-month contract with Tulleeho.

Project Manager/Executive : Delhi & Mumbai

# At least 1 year of relevant experience, freshers will be considered only with good communication skills.
# Positive attitude and approach, good and FAST learner
# Excellent English oral and written communication skills
# Confident in dealing and communicating with people
# Completely fluent with email correspondence and computers

Candidates with excellent communication skills only will be considered. Able to negotiate and close deals. .Working hours should be flexible.
The incumbent would be independently responsible for key activities Sales, Marketing and Operational Excellence including formulation of business plans, people management, business growth and expansion.
